GOOD... A clean and comfortable hotel in the Woodland Hills, LA. Sleep quality was quite good despite being located on the busy Ventura Blvd while the bed (King room) was comfortable with fluffy pillows. However missing was a bottle of water in the room, usually complimentary. Breakfast buffet was somewhat spartan with very limited offerings. A good hotel.

Baseball June 2024 Location is great! The staff is not very attentive. Most of the time they are on their cell phones. I do believe the staff that checked us in was great, other than that they seem preoccupied and don't really care about customer service. The lobby and eating and sitting area was always dirty (tables not wiped for hours).

Decent Hotel with Glaring Negatives Positives: Front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Room is spacious and updated. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Towels are crisp and clean. The digital cable with guide is awesome. The hotel was quiet. Negatives: The room was not cleaned well. There was visible dust balls on the ground, food in the microwave, grime in the fridge, stains on the linens and hair in the tub. The breakfast, although free is not good. The location of the hotel is in a bit of a rundown area. The hallways and corridors are outdated. AC is really loud.

Stay at Holiday Inn Express in Chatsworth instead ! We stayed one night here prior to visiting Magic Mountain. The staff were ok but not particulary welcoming. The room was fine but the air conditioning unit was so noisy we could not have it on over night. The real disappointment was the pool - it's tiny like an oversized bath tub. If you want a pool towel you need to ask at reception as they are not offered. Breakfast was ok. The following night we stayed at the nearby Holiday Inn Express in Chatsworth which was ten times better than this hotel. Service was much improved as we received a warm welcome. The pool and separate hot tub is a massive improvement. This hotel is recently refurbished so would highly recommend people stay in Chatsworth rather than Woodland Hills. Nice rooms with quiet air-conditioning. Their complimentary breakfast is far superior too.

GET A BETTER STAFF AND A NICER FRONT DESK The hotel was initially good but the next day our beds weren’t made and it repeated multiple times. I am not paying to not get my bed made. When we went to complain the front desk man was mean and just made excuses.
