Limited Customer Service Well intentioned but poorly run. Our requested reservation was NOT CORRECT when we arrived. We were then CHARGED A HIGHER RATE for the second room (originally requested). We chose to drive further to SD and did not stay at AmericInn. The desk clerk said the two charges were removed, but our credit cards WERE charged. Later, charges were removed only on our requests. Our time, our effort to correct.

Clean rooms, check your ac filters, breakfast was below average for price pd Nice employee's, room was fairly clean, ac filter dirty, breakfast was not up to price paid from room

Uncomfortable Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Pillows were no bigger than a throw pillow. The bed made us feel like we were standing on our heads. The toilet was way too low. Not much water pressure. We expected more for the price we paid.

Perfect service It was very nice every body was polite I give them five _ pool was clean and nice bed was very comfortable & cleaning of room was wonderful, I recommend to all people to stay at this hotel staff was wonderful and helpful during our stay, breakfast room was very clean
