Quality Place!! My husband and I stayed here because it is on its way to the Gilmore Museum plus we wanted to go to Max’s South Sea’s Hideaway downtown. The hotel was easy on/easy off. Super clean. Had a microwave, fridge, and coffee in our room. The continental breakfast was fantastic. It also was very clean. They had a waffle maker, oatmeal (with choice of dried cherries and walnuts), mini omelettes, sausage, fruit, bread, cereal, muffins, coffee, juice - everything. The napkins were thick like fine dining! It was $175 total for a Friday night. I thought the price was well worth it.

Bad Room Experience Had a two night stay booked with a first floor room close to the front desk. Went to go to our room that we selected earlier in the morning and was greeted by the front desk person who said the room was not ready and that the tv did not work (It was almost 8:00 pm and I got notice in the app at 1:00 pm that our room was ready.) So she went to go look for a tv and then told us to go ahead into the room. Our digital key would not work and she told us we’d have to move to a different room but unfortunately there were no more rooms on the first floor and said we’d have to move to the second floor but she stated she’ll put it in for us to get a discount. After an hour we were in our room. Despite the difficulties the stay was fine, but we’re still waiting for a discount that we never received. Too much hassle for the cost!

Returning stay! We have stayed at this property a few times and would return. Location is awesome, surrounded by food options and shopping. The property was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was decent and area was inviting. The pool area was also very clean and had a good amount of towels. The room was also very clean. There were few small problems like no conditioner and loose bathroom tap. Overall, stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Dirty room, poor service, bad management Room was dirty, as I found a vape pen on the floor by the bed and we had an almost finished roll of toilet paper with no refill left in the bathroom . Desk was left unattended frequently. A guest on the first floor was smoking marijuana to the point I could smell it by the elevator. Room was close to the desk, so how they didn't notice it at all was strange. My biggest problem was how a lost and found item was handled. My child took off her prescription glasses at the pool before we went back to our room for bed. Didn't realize she left them at the pool until morning came when she realized she couldn't see. When I went to the pool, they weren't there, so I went to the desk to collect them, I was told they weren't there. We had to check out that morning, so I called back later that day. I was told that they gave her prescription glasses to another guest at the pool shortly after we left the pool for me to put the kids to bed. The excuse was, they were at the pool and had kids, so they assumed it belonged to the guest so they handed it to them. No accountability or attempt to rectify the situation, as it was considered my fault for leaving them behind. Instead of any help to maybe contact the guest that the glasses were handed to or even apologize for the situation I was treated like garbage and a hassle. My child had no glasses for a week (which is a medical need) while we had to wait for her doctor to get another pair in for her. I didn't even ask for compensation, but quickly into my inquiry Jennifer the GM said they owe me nothing and my expectations of them was unrealistic, so I didn't even bother. DO NOT STAY HERE. They don't want to learn from their mistakes or take ownership of them, which is not a good sign with management. There are lots of nice options in that area, as I have stayed at quite a few being hilton honors member for the last 5+ years. OH and during the glasses debacle, I asked about cameras to see if the guests maybe discarded them in the trash after realizing they weren't theirs and were a strong prescription for someone..not fashion glasses or something. They said they didn't have cameras in the hallways. Safety issue.
