excellent experience Very clean. very comfortable beds!!! All new bathroom! very quiet! This hotel was very reasonable and the hotel staff very friendly. The young man at front desk, Sal Yemassee, was very very friendly and helpful the outside was very well kept and convenient to the hyway.. We would stay here again!!

Great place! This is by far the best Red Roof I have ever stayed in. This hotel is so clean and the rooms were very nice. Shower was very clean and water pressure was great. People were friendly and helpful. Definitely will remember this place and stop on our next trip to Florida

Unless your really tired; move along 03/18/2023 UNDER RENOVATION! Hotel is under construction and they not only are charging full price ; they will take your money and sign you up before they mention it. Not cool! Room is below average: dirty curtains and minor broken plaster spots on walls. Strong cleaner smell ; but does appear clean anyways….

Keep driving. Keep driving. Currently under construction. But they tell you AFTER you pay. Won’t take coupon. So full price with paper on the rugs down the hallway. Not a great way to run a business. Room is sub par. Stains on curtains. Spots on sheets. Damage to walls. Ext

Dirt, run down. Writing this review two months later after the bill cleared on my card so no one thinks I’m trying for a freebie. New Year’s Day driving from NY to Florida. Weather turned crappy so decided to stop for the night and go on in the morning. Checked in and was informed only 1 room left on first floor, a handicap room. No worries just a overnight and moving on. Front desk woman very pleasant. Go to the room and no towels in the room. No soap in the bathroom. Mold in the shower , not a small amount, it was covered. Mold on walls in room. Plaster crumbling of walls. Went to desk asked for a new room but none available. Again clerk was polite but nothing to be done. She did give me towels. Like many folks in the COVID era we carry cleaning supplies and Lysol so we cleaned the bathroom ourself. Next morning I again spoke with a different desk clerk who was again friendly and polite. Didn’t ask for a refund but told her the room wasn’t fit to be rented. Was then informed that section of the hotel about to be renovated and the rooms aren’t great. She said the manager would call when he gets in. He didn’t. I waited a few days giving him time as it was a holiday. I finally called and got him. He promised to look into it and call me back. He also was polite. Still waiting for the call. Not sure if it was just a perfect storm of bad luck and got them on a bad night or if their policy is to just smile and tell you nothing can be done. Didn’t expect the Ritz treatment at a motel off the interstate but kinds expected towels and a clean room.
