Surprisingly Fantastic Property Excellent staff and room was spic & span. Hotel going through a remodel and it probably needed it, but it was great for me. Food & the Applebees were first rate which did surprise me. Highly recommend this hotel for you stay and the attached Applebees

Not a fun stay Had reservation for $231.64. Upon check-in the desk clerk tried to charge us $335.68. He said it was because they charge more for handicap rooms! I had to call the Best Western main number and get help from them. I finally had the desk clerk go find the manager who was able to get us a room under the original cost. This ordeal occurred while I was relying on my cane to support myself. No offer of a chair was ever made even though it took well over 40 minutes. On checkout I was over charged $10.00 As a group we had a meeting room reserved for the 2 nights. It was full of chairs and construction materials and therefore unusable by our group. Hand-held shower had no pressure. est

No Breakfast There was no breakfast- we were told "the lady did not show up for work"- other guests were not happy also! The phone and the coffee maker in the room was not working- apparently it was reported before as there was a note left in the room from another guest! Dead bugs on the floor and bed- was it vacuumed?? Overall very disappointed!

After they are done remodeling, it will be nice. After they are done remodeling, it will be nice. The area I was in was in the midst of the remodel mess. I had to walk around the outside of the building to get to the hallway the led to my room, even though there was an outside door much nearer to my room. I was also very disappointed with the Applebees, cold food, when I received to food again it was hot but the prime rib sandwich was dry and tough.

Low cost, clean, comfortable Clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to the rooms. We had a one night stopover while driving cross country - very easy on/ off interstate a access.
