Nice hotel, but could use better maintenance. Very clean, Front desk is super nice. Easy check in. Maintenance is lacking. Tub handle fell on my toe. Went to press the knob for the water to come out spout and it is falling off and leaking water behind it. The floor feels damp. Most likely from the leaking.

Great place to stay while keeping in budget I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The property was clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs and the location was ideally located near various restaurants and shopping areas. I felt comfortable in my room and really enjoyed the morning breakfast. Also, my bed was extremely comfortable and better than most rooms that I have stayed at before. The experience was on par with other hotels that I had previously stayed out in the area but for much less cost. I plan to stay here on my next trip to Zanesville.

Hotel with Room Key Problems The room key wouldn't work to get into the room or through the exterior doors. They kept having to reprogram them. Then, after a usage, they wouldn't work. We kept the room key AWAY from phones, so that was not the problem.

Bright and loud Could do more to cancel out highway noise and lights. Some of the finer points of finish work could be improved ie gaps around light switches, paint

Service was excellent Cindy the manager and her staff went above and beyond for our group (softball Tournament) she made sure we had everything we needed and more. The pool Area is amazing.
