Good place to stay Hotel was under remodel at the time of our stay still was very clean and the staff were fantastic, cheerful and pleasant. They have an indoor pool and breakfast is provided. Cost might be a bit high for some. This hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. Quiet at night, bed comfortable.

Ok but will NOT stay again The checking was good fast and easy, the room was fine… its under renovation but that’s understandable… my only problem was the lady cleaning the lobby was trying to get past my daughter who didn’t see or hear her… the lady just stood there getting pissed because she didn’t move…. My kids finally sees her and was about to move when I told the lady if she wanted to get by she should say excuse me because my kid didn’t see her… she preceded to say she doesn’t have to say excuse me “yall should just move” what she meant by “yall” I don’t know but never stop in that town it was giving sundown town vibes. Front desk asked the white man. Whine me if she could help him and I had to speak up and say I was there 1st… 1 hotel told us it was no vacancies but the lot was not even half full.

Overall Good Experience. We had a fine stay. Nice location in Zanesville, which is an interesting town. Several walking distance restaurants. Pool was indoors, and open until midnight, which is a great thing on some levels, but we had the wheelchair access room right next to it. Turned out to be zero problem with noise. They had a lift for the pool, which apparently hasn't worked in a while, and they should fix that. Front desk was very nice/helpful.

Head and shoulders above others We regularly stay at Hampton Inns when we travel. So we have experienced a wide range of facilities. I must say this one was one of the best we have stayed in. Friendly and helpful front desk staff welcomed us with delicious cookies. Small touches seemed to make the difference in a run of the mill place and one that is memorable.

Excellent Service and Room We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns across the country; this one rates among the best. Friendly, welcoming, clean and well kept. Breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn fare, but all was fresh, hot, and we’ll prepared. Folks just seemed to go out of their way to be helpful… and the chocolate chip cookies where really good.
