will stay again we stayed here while working on an issue at our home. Carmen at the front desk was wonderful. She was responsive to a few concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Clean, friendly staff. Bedding clean, great proximitry to restaurants and shopping.

Unbearable embedded tobacco smell Unbearable cigarette smoke embedded in the nicotine yellowed walls and worn furniture. While I was in the bathroom, a housekeeper tried getting into my room, unaware that it a was occupied. Good thing the door handle barely works. Wi-Fi went down so I’m reviewing via my phone. Room door key access is broken so it takes multiple attempts and force to unlock and open. Do not use the deadbolt lock as it will not unlock from inside the room when you turn the handle. Rear door entrance key access from the parking lot is also defective. I can hear other people trying to get into their rooms also. Sounds like the same issue. Someone had a large barking dog about an hour ago- I hope the owners can keep it quiet overnight. And btw, there are no healthy food choices available in the area. Oh, surprise.

What we expected This was just a stopover for one night. It was what we expected a normal hotel to get a night if sleep. It was clean enough. The outdoor pool area was not attached to hotel so anyone could get into it. We had hoped to hop in for a quick swim but it was a bit dirty so we passed. Not sure if we would stay here again unless we couldn't find something better.

My second stay has been as pleasant as my previous stay. I'm here at the Quality Inn Zephyrhills-Dade City again. I forgot to mention in my review for May 2023 that there were also packaged mini donuts at breakfast; those have now been replaced with fresh mini muffins. It was just as pleasant a stay this time as last. Everyone is just as helpful and personable. This time, I must give a special shoutout to Norma, who makes sure your rooms get tidied in a timely manner.

I had a very pleasant long stay at this Quality Inn. I stayed at the Zephyrhills Quality Inn for 24 days in May while having cataract surgery. I found my stay to be very pleasant. I opted for the King bed room; it had everything I needed in the way of furnishings. There were way more than enough TV channel choices, and the WIFI worked fine every day at any hour. The breakfast bar was adequate--no eggs--but waffles, yay! Also, there were 3 cereal offerings, granola bars, yogurt, apples, orange juice, and coffee. All the staff are friendly and helpful; however, I must give a special shoutout to always professional while personable graveyard shift desk clerk, Sherry. I woke several nights in the early AM hours and went downstairs to go outside for a bit of a cigarette. Sherry always had an entertaining story to tell. At present, there is some room remodeling in process during office hours. Also, the old carpet in the 1st floor hall and in the rooms is stained; however, those old carpets are scheduled to be replaced. I recommend that you make your reservation well in advance of your planned stay. This hotel is very popular. There were days when no vacancy signs were hung on the front doors.
