calling to schedule was difficult. I tried several days continually. didn't get a call back after leaving several messages. And I was having second thoughts, couldn't a refund on Groupon, I got discouraged. I called back 5th time someone pleasant answered the phone. Finally! I thought! she was professional, soothing, courteous and was willing to schedule, explain procedures and apologized for the long hold on the phone. Once I arrived the same courtesy on the phone continued in person. and I witnessed the phone ringing literally every minute! I am super pleased, satisfied and looking forward to my next visit
