I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
I have done the 28 day personal training and I can say without a doubt they will push you and motivate you to keep going. If you need a push to start working out I highly recommended this plan. You won't regret it!
