They were very friendly. I bought the coupon a few days before departure and I totally forgot to make a reservation. Luckily was not a holiday - so - they still had room and without a doubt - they immediately took me in. It is covered parking and my car was well kept and maintained. I will definitely use them again.
We have used Masterpark since moving to the area 15 years ago. We find the staff always efficient and courteous. And our vehicle is safe there w/o incident.
