Paul is amazing. His selection of frames is extensive and ranges from simple, stylish even to bold and sassy. I got a sassy pair of glasses, he knew my style. He knows his craft and treats every customer with care. Even while waiting my turn, I can see the bond he has with his customers and I knew I was in good hands.
I will be coming back to get lenses for my current frames too. Paul is the man!
the experience went well however i didnt like the fact of being charged a hidden fee of 200.00 for follow up visits. also i was mistakenly given the same prescription to fill which caused me to pay an extra 150.00 because my insurance just paid for the first one. its 7 years later and i can still see well.
