She is honest, friendly and she treated me with professionalism. She took the time to go over the colors I could choose to have better results. During the process I was comfortable but it was painful, she used local anesthesia but it hurt anyways. I understand that this has nothing to do with the way she delivers the service, is just the way it is.
I was just at Serenity Zen Studio for one of their services. Toya is such a nice and caring person. She is very knowledgeable about everything she does and she makes you feel so welcome when you arrive there. You can tell she loves what she does and she makes sure you have a great experience at her studio. I look forward to going back!
