What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a boutique studio that only works with one client at a time.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The need for quality family portraits and the dislike for big box store portraits meant we needed to start our own portrait studio.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting families and seeing how much they enjoy their photos is what we love the most.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback we get is when our clients refer us to their family and friends to take those special portraits.

For more than 25 years—and two generations—Visions Forever has been preserving memories through revitalized heirlooms and fresh photographs. Their lab techs keep nostalgia intact by restoring old photos and transferring outdated video formats onto DVD. For newly minted memories, its photographers snap family portraits during indoor or outdoor photo shoots. After retouching the photos, they place them online for easy viewing by friends and relatives. They also capture once-in-a-lifetime moments at weddings. Crews travel to these special events, where they take video and photographs.
When Andreia Lima-Makkas was growing up in Brazil, her passion was dance. Soon, however, she started noticing the photographers who chronicled the performances of her professional dance troupe. As she admired their pictures, which she says were like "a form of choreography," her passion began to shift. She moved to the US and spent many years in human resources and counseling, but the call of her fascination with photography eventually roared too loud to be ignored. Andreia went to The New England School of Photography, where she learned how to grow and harvest her own lenses, and soon she cultivated a cache of skills that landed her work on the pages of Bride & Groom Magazine. At Unique Studio of Photography, she draws upon her lifetime of skills to, in her own words, "deliver images beyond breathtaking."
When parents need to prove to their children that jolly old St. Nick is real, they call on Santa On Camera. Using a digital photo maker, Santa On Camera lets parents upload real pictures of their house and then place in images of Santa. Sizing, color, and brightness options ensure seamless integration, creating images that capture Kris Kringle in poses such as emerging from the chimney or enjoying milk and cookies.
