The enthusiastic coaches at Soccer Buddies educate youngsters on the value of physical fitness and impart much-needed confidence through drills and practices that refine fundamental skills. Lessons aim to build on the foundations of balance, agility, and coordination for budding athletes as young as 10 months old. As kids get older and their skills begin to mature, they’ll also have the chance to advance through age- and skill-appropriate classes, which increase the chance that students will be fully prepared for advanced moves such as bicycle kicks and the act of kissing a World Cup trophy. Youngsters will find new physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges at every leg of the training track, and those who excel will be eligible for an invitation to the Soccer Buddies Select class, a higher-level learning environment for competitive-minded players younger than 12.

Good putters follow a routine. For Rick Timm, it starts with a series of smooth practice strokes that adopt the rhythm of a clock pendulum. Then, he toes up into his stance, stares down the shot, and, seconds later, the ball trails into the hole.
As a PGA Teaching Professional, Rick feels that the discipline, focus, habit-building, and patience needed on the links make golf an ideal way to enrich adults and youngsters and put lazy pets to work as caddies. His slate of fun-focused instructional programs includes Girls Golf of Centennial, which provides both instruction and a support system for girls aged 7–17 as they launch into the sport. Lessons play out at the South Suburban Family Sports Center across a heated, covered driving range, grass tees, upgraded mats, and sand practice bunkers.
With thousands of sweat-pumping square feet, each Easton Training Center location is well-outfitted for a variety of classes that balance fitness, self-defense, and respect better than battling off a gang of thieves hungry for your Aretha Franklin albums. The fitness centers can host additional exercising after class and a locker room equipped with showers brings workouts to a fresh ending.
To involve more of the community in their center, the staff expanded their class schedule to include intense group fitness classes, such as cardio kickboxing, crossfit, and mixed martial arts.
