The person I gifted this to and I were both really happy with the finished product. Look high quality. Made a nice memorial gift. Was really easy to order from the website. I really liked all the options for customization though they all come at an extra charge. I chose to order the pillow double sided and add a key chain version for around $5 more. The tracking for the shipping was reassuring but not as helpful as I’d hoped for accurately determining and comprehensively communicating when the package would arrive. Also really liked that the outside of the product (the fabric with the image) has a ripper so it can be taken off and washed, I think this will increase the longevity of the product especially if you have kids in tbe house.
Quick and easy download and installation, tried Word & Excel and they function as expected. Overall a great buy and I much prefer it over Office 365 because I can store my documents locally.
