I am very happy with the price and the quality of the videos. I look forward to being able to do more yoga at home to save time. I feel like the videos will give a great yoga experience linking breath to movement. I am not sure about the integration of yoga philosophy yet.
Just went to candlelight yoga with instructor Heather. It was peaceful, calming, and invigorating. I'm definitely glad I was able to have this experience.
