Perfect place to relax and unwind. Always very clean and the staff is very respectful. I never get tired of going. Their food is also great. I haven't had their summer menu but the winter one is amazing with lots of options. Prices are a bit high but normal for the area. Their Bulhanjeungmak sauna gets really hot (280°F+) and is amazing! Overall the best Spa with all the services you need.
Oksana is very kind, professional and provides excellent skin care advice.
She made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

The front desk lady could have been a bit nicer, rather rude but she wasn’t the one giving me a massage.
