Great workout - and Tracey L is awesome!!!

I've had one of my session with a trainer using Flexit, and it was a very good experience. This is a convenient platform with well qualified trainers. I wanted to give it a try to see how it worked, and it's a great option for fitness training.

4 classes left. It was amazing . A bit challenging in regard to flexibility but instructor was very patient and supportive

Fun place to learn to dance. The staff are very cool. Highly recommend
