The service was excellent

Upon entrance the facility is clean and bright. The staff greet you with friendly smiles and are enthusiastic about you coming to participate in their class. The workout is AWESOME! 20 min spin, 20 min weights, 20 min yoga You leave exhausted and eager to come again. I also appreciate that they email you your personal performance accomplishments from the spin class allowing you to pat yourself on the back! Definitely recommend it.

It was my first class and the owner led the class. What an honor! She was amazing! Everything I wanted in a yoga class and more!
