It was only my 1st time going and Natasha made it very comfortable. She is professional and informative with positive energy. I will definitely be going back.
I was expecting a Swedish-type massage with warm oils, gentle strokes, soft music, instead the 90 minute massage I received ended up being 45 minutes of more therapeutic/deep tissue on my back, shoulders and legs and 45 minutes reflexology. I have to say that I walked out feeling like a million dollars. The spa was a little on the "no frills" side vs. luxurious, but it was immaculately clean, the background music and atmosphere was perfectly relaxing.
I read reviews after I bought and paid for the Groupon, and some were less than stellar, but I'm glad I went and I'm very happy with the service I received. Every spa offers package deals where you can buy a set of 6 massages as a discounted price by paying for them up front, but the woman at the counter did not try to pressure me into buying one. I plan to go back, I really enjoyed it that much.
