This place is awesome to get a good workout and have fun doing it. The women there are so inspiring and the energy is over the moon. I love to dance with just dance fitness. My daughter who is 9 years old loves it too, because they let her dance with me. Everyone is so swet and nice and i have a great time there. So if you want to work out but not feel like your working out go to this place.
