The process is a little more complicated than buying from other sites I've used. However, I received the voucher quickly and the key came 10 minutes after the voucher was redeemed. The installation instruction worked the first time and I was able to install and run the software without issues. For the price paid, it was definitely worth the minimal extra effort.
