Loved Lina! She’s a powerhouse! I went in for one thing and came out with another but I felt comfortable trusting her expertise. I spent more than I planned/wanted to but I’m optimistic the results will be worth it. In truth, I liked her so much as a person, I was happy to be doing business with her spa and may make Skin Essence my spa “home,” versus going from Groupon to Groupon special. That happened 15 years ago when I found Kelly at Blue Bamboo Hair Salon through Groupon. I’ve never gone to another hair stylist since. I greatly appreciated Lina honoring the purchase price of a Groupon that expired a few years ago. Even though that’s policy, it doesn’t always work out that way. Thank you, Lina!
