I was made aware by Microsoft that my original Office apps were too "old" to warrant updating by the company. At the suggestion of my smart and thrifty son, I purchased the Office 24 for my 2019 Mac. It was a very easy and affordable purchase! I received the directions on installation in a very nice email from David. I, unfortunately, had some technical difficulties (most assuredly due to my skills and not their directions). I responded to the email with what the situation looked like and asked for some guidance. David responded soon after, with a detailed fix for my situation. I am pleased to say, that my first time through following these directions, I now have a working Office 24 on my computer. Did not get key so the sent mail to support. 10 minutes later got key with easy to follow instructions. Instructions also state I could get an upgrade key if I wanted. Replied back and got another key with instructions to upgrade. Upgrade to Pro worked fine. Had Pro running for a week now with no issues.
