Because of her extensive health and fitness backgrounds, she was drawn to the alignment- and safety-focused STOTT Pilates method. At Fit4Movement, she teaches clients of all ages and abilities to embrace Pilates’ diverse workout regimen, which pumps up coordination and core strength through a unique blend of cardio, weight resistance, and stretching.
