I am so happy I purchased this Groupon. Sarah was incredible with the warm welcome and communicating all the details I needed to have a healthy workout! All the equipment worked and very clean. This facility is a best kept secret:-). Looking forward to losing weight and toning up with this membership.
The gym is perfect for beginners or for people like me who want to just be told what to do and how to do it without thinking! They have 10 "stations" and each station has a video that shows you how to do the workout.
