I went to the Paradise Valley mall location & it was good. Our appointment was for 4pm but weren’t in the photo room til like 5:15 so there might be a bit of a wait. I got my first treatment here and it was really great! They are nice and fast-working people. As soon as I got my first laser treatment done I saw how the hairs shortened and had already gotten thinner. These new machines work wonders 💗 I got really dark hair by the way by the time I get my second treatment soon I KNOW these roots will crumble up lol
