Since 1967, Art's Cameras Plus has been a destination not only for cameras but also for photographic knowledge. A staff of helpful employees, all of whom are Certified Photographic Consultants, help shoppers chose the right lens for their photo shoot, the best camera within their budget, or an appropriate filter for photographing draculas. Though not included with this Groupon, occasionally the team at Art's Camera Plus also partners with representatives of major camera companies to offer workshops that cover advanced topics on using Sony, Nikon, or Canon digital SLR cameras.

Photographer Grace Trudeau was a full-time model before she picked up her first Nikon DSLR. Drawing upon her experience on both sides of the lens, Grace gives clients posing ideas and shows them her images as she shoots so they can see how they look. During each session, she wields two Nikon DSLR cameras and a trio of lenses , whether she’s working under the soft lights of her home studio or on-location on a farm, at the beach, or in the woods. At the end of each session, Grace custom-edits images, enhancing colors or injecting textures to add depth. Next, she prints out the resulting images onto canvas prints, statuettes, holiday cards, and accordion books; or transfers them onto iPhone cases, mouse pads, and shirts.
When she’s not shooting and editing, Grace is donating her time to various charities and mentoring beginning photographers. At her studio she teaches them about DSLR camera settings, the basics of shooting, and how not to smear peanut butter on your lenses. She then leads them through a real photo-shoot; and invites them to edit their photos alongside her while she gives advice.
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I feel that I've got my own style when it comes to photography and design.
I'm something of a rebel and don't always play by the standard rules, rather I allow my creativity to take over and see what happens.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A lifelong love of photography and a desire to full fill clients photographic goals.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to do what I love and take photos of people.
Plus seeing their smiles and happiness when everything is said and done is an immense and rewarding experience.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Joe does incredible work.
He took some amazing shots of my son who never stops running around. As long as he is able, I will always use him for all my family pictures." - Jessica H.
Seasoned shutterbug Jeffrey R. Kepner brings more than 25 years of photography experience to each photo shoot. A background in photojournalism helps him to capture the essence of each moment while snapping high-contrast black-and-white or color shots of families, graduating students, and even pets. Though Bella Classic Photography's studio provides a professional backdrop for photo shoots, Jeff also travels to shoots at parks, jails for trees, and other scenic locations. Digital retouching yields crisp images, which can be printed or shared digitally.
