Alma is very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. I am glad she took the time to go over expectations - frizz free hair, not curtain straightened hair. The product she used smelt like chocolate rather than the harsh chemical scent I’ve been exposed to in the past that usually makes my eyes burn and water. My hair is much more manageable now! I love it!
