With each day's lineup of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, or rowing movements—the workout changes every day—students make strides toward a fitter, healthier version of themselves. Ultimately, the goal of a long-term commitment to the program is fitness that carries over into other areas of life, such as child-rearing duties or generator-pedaling duties when the electricity goes out. In addition to classes, 20Nineteen Crossfit also features a kids room for little ones to play in while parents get their workout in.
At CrossFit North Valley, exercisers complete a different lineup of exercises each day as they work toward rippling muscles and improved overall fitness. I had a member recently come up to me and say, "Thank you, coach. Not for the workout, for making me believe I could do it!" That is what I love the most.
