The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.

Purchased the float and message package. Absolutely amazing!! Such a relaxing experience. Message was great!! Just the right pressure!! Got out all my knots. My third time here and will definitely be back!!

Took my boyfriend here and Nazy was so lovely and explained everything she was doing. I do have to let people know that only 1 person is doing everything in this establishment, so things may be slower than what is expected - regardless, we felt well taken care of!
