He’s an excellent instructor who really knows his stuf every session he’s laser-focused on helping me with the proper form and technique, which makes a huge difference in making the best of your limited time. He’s patient, super encouraging, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals.

It's hot. Very hot. It's yoga, good yoga. Be prepared. Sonia is a great instructor!

Super fun class! Never done belly dancing before. Instructor was very sweet, fun and helpful! Looking forward to continuing the classes.
