Deep Tissue Massage in and near Lackawanna, NY

Establishment is beautiful and relaxing vibes! Really easy to get into the zen mode. Booked a shakshi massage which is energy release and alignment along with serious stretching massaging the muscles. My therapist was extremely helpful and straight forward to the point letting me know that there won’t be enough time to do my full body as my upper back shoulder and neck were beyond sore to the point of almost seized. She got most of it out but not fully (fyi she has strength coming from an athlete- other therapist I’ve seen have not been as strong as her) as I would need possibly 2 hours instead of one - however in 2 days and good rest I felt better then I ever have in the last month!
