Fitness Classes in and near Lino Lakes, MN

I've had one of my session with a trainer using Flexit, and it was a very good experience. This is a convenient platform with well qualified trainers. I wanted to give it a try to see how it worked, and it's a great option for fitness training.

I have learned so much in this course so far and have gained better knowledge of what Chakra Harmonic Alignment (C.H.A.) is and what the benefits are, for your mind, body, soul & and spirit Sound healing ties together with meditation, yoga, color therapy, aromatherapy and more to keep our natural state of mind balanced and in tune with our true selves. It helps with being present in the moment.

Great class, friendly atmosphere!

Mr Sexton is an excellent teacher and mentor to the students. He has such calm energy and is so willing to work with the kids individually as well as in a group to make sure they're getting the most out of their time in the dojo. The program is amazing and allows the kids the freedom to learn in a relaxed environment.
