As beginners my partner and I were both nervous, but the talented instructor and his wife were patient and kind and took time to teach us basic dances. They not only taught us dances, but wanted to get to know more about ourselves, and they even gave us dinner after our lesson. It was fun, and the experienced dancers were friendly.
