Giving 5 stars because we received what we paid for. However, I do think the experience could be better to ensure future success of the business. Like including a vest with this Groupon, and adding some instructions for 1st timers that include, wearing gloves, multiple layers etc. I believe this would truly help newcomers have a much better first experience then we had.

My entire jumping experience was “AMAZING” from start to finish. The check-in process was very smooth and quick. The staff were so friendly which made me more comfortable. I would recommend iSkydive DC to everyone who’s looking for a great jumping experience. Continue providing excellent customer service!

This place is a gem in Fort Worth! Family run and it really comes through in the atmosphere they’ve created. It felt safe, welcoming, and fun for this beginner!
