The Automotive Service Excellence–certified technicians at Samstone Auto Repair and Spa keep cars in pristine condition both underneath the hood and in the minds of admiring onlookers. When drivers get stranded on the roadway or hear a mysterious noise emanating from the car's engine, they can look to the team for services that span from oil changes to transmission work. Recognizing the importance of a vehicle's appearance, the company also offers wash-and-detail jobs, which allow owners to take pride in their gleaming chariots with no effort required.
Bumper to Bumper Auto Service pits ASE-certified Master Technicians against all sorts of mechanical problems. The scope of their expertise allows them to perform repairs of all types?to the engine, to the brakes, to the air conditioners. They also offer maintenance services like oil changes and diagnostics, and even feature a body repair shop to repair dents and blemishes that would otherwise reduce the vehicle's chances at finding a nice garage to settle down with. While the technicians tend to cars, clients are invited to relax in a leather chair, sip on a cold drink, and watch TV or use the free Wi-Fi to surf the web.
The highly trained technicians at Jiffy Lube tend to about 24 million customers each year with services such as the Signature Service Oil Change package, which promotes the longevity of each vehicle. Staffers acknowledge that oil plays a crucial role in maximizing the lifespan of each car?it cools the motor and prevents moving parts from deteriorating. More than 20,000 technicians who have completed an extensive training program certified by the National Institute Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) nurse vehicles at Jiffy Lube.
In addition to performing oil changes, Jiffy Lube's savants perform air-filtration, electricity, and windshield services, among others. The technicians' quality pledge includes a commitment to transparency, which stipulates that they will inform car owners of any necessary services, only complete a service after it has been approved, and refuse to replace windshields with saran wrap.

I am passionate about cars. Since I was a teenager I've been working on cars.

We have glass windows from which customers can watch techs working on their cars. A lots of customers like the fact that they can watch how their car is treated by our techs.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
Interacting with customers
Since 1998, the ASE-certified mechanics at The Star Auto Service have issued drivers a simple promise: “If you drive it on Earth, we’ll probably service it.” From within the tool-packed service bays of this certified NAPA Auto Center, the techs live up to that promise every day, tackling jobs ranging from oil changes and preventive maintenance to engine replacements, transmission work, and electronics overhauls. High-tech diagnostic equipment burrows to the source of potential problems, and a 21st Century tune-up unearths an even more in-depth analysis. In addition to its initial promise, the team also abides by a strict code of ethics, which dictates its commitments to the customer and how to conduct a drag race between minivans.
The automotive technicians at Eagle Transmission Rowlett keep cars rolling smoothly over the highways and byways with their wide array of maintenance services.
These range from repair of the brakes and A/C to overhauls of the transmission and replacement of the clutch?the pedal that the driver must depress before everyone else can start pedaling. The team's reputation for car care has even reached the City of Dallas, which commissioned Eagle Transmission as the preferred maintenance operation for its fleet of police cars, water trucks, and other government vehicles.
