DC did an amazing job on my carpets! He was extremely friendly and professional from the moment he arrived. He took the time to identify pet stains and really focused on those tough areas—my carpets honestly look brand new now.
He went above and beyond too—he even helped me get a bird out of my house (which was not an easy task!) and was so patient through it all. He also offered to include my rug in the cleaning, which I really appreciated.
