The shutterbug behind La Femme Image wields the camera with one goal in mind: to summon the most stunning version of you. The expert photographer is skilled in a variety of photographic genres, but specializes in intimate boudoir photography using natural lighting to capture the subject's sensuality.
Shutterbug Michael Spangler, owner of Expressions Photography of Central, has been snapping photos professionally since 1986. His skills earned him stints as president of the Louisiana Professional Photographers Association and the Capital City Professional Photographers Guild. Today, he crafts portraits and senior photos both inside his studio and amid natural surroundings. His sophisticated, black-and-white portraits occasionally include pops of color to highlight a red car, a pink tutu, or a bad case of the blues. In his color photos, Michael runs the gamut between heavy saturation and subdued, desaturated hues to highlight his subject's dynamic poses.
While chronicling weddings, he draws on 26 years of experience as he alternates between traditional poses and candid shots. Michael also transforms sports photos into memorabilia such as custom composites, trading cards, and magnets. When he isn't capturing still images, he professionally records concerts and recitals on video.

Q&A with LaToya Williams, Head Photographer and Owner Of TMW Photography
How is your approach different than that of other professionals in your field?
I am very laid back and easy
going. I like to make sure my clients are having fun while working with me. If they're having fun it will show in the end product.
When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
I first developed a passion for photography in 2004 while I was living in the Bay Area in California. I started out doing amateur modeling. It was ok, but my interest was really in being behind the camera directing others. I wanted to take my ideas and produce stunning images.
What aspect of your job, or the services you offer, most often surprises people?
The fact that I offer Boudoir sessions; and they are amazed at
my style of editing. I keep the customer looking natural while still removing flaws. I never "over edit" and make the clients look different or "unnatural".
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
The most amazing part of my job is that when I am no longer physically here on this earth, I will still live on through my work. My work will be here forever either on the internet, hanging in someone's home, or tucked away in a photo albulm.
When she's not taking an afternoon nap or admiring a stargazer lily, Victoria of VCB Photography is capturing weddings, families, and growing kids. Her portfolio overflows with the faces and paraphernalia of young ones, whether it's a mother cradling a pair of baby shoes or a boy momentarily wondering whether he left the Easy-Bake Oven on. Victoria performs her shoots onsite, harnessing natural light and environments to accentuate her subjects' best sides.
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Trained in photojournalism and documentary photography, I am able to create beautiful images that are both candid and artistic. Having worked with couples, families, newborns and pets, I am familiar with what it takes to get the right shot for the right moment!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always been an extremely visually artistic person, so when the time came to pursue a career path, it only seemed natural to go in the direction of photography. Having been a photographer for the past 9 years, not a moment goes by I am not thrilled at the decision I made. I love what I do.
What do you love most about your job?
What excited me most about my job is the ability to provide clients with something so valuable and special as photographs are. I love making people happy, and being able to use my unique vision to do so.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Time and again customers thank me for being able to capture their moments in ways that will be valuable to them for many years to come.
