Haircut with Deep-Conditioning Treatment and Root Touchup
Elisa color was nice. Only 2 issues. My appt was overbooked but they did apologize and offered a free gloss. The second was when I originally called the receptionist said instead of cut I could have a blow out but upon the visit the hairdresser said no. It would have been nice if she just took 5 mimutes more to quick damp dry hair but she was overwhelmed by her booking issues so I walked out with wet hair. Lack of communication between employees really can affect a visit so I hope in future they are all on the same page.
