You must pay attention to the instructions and follow them to the letter. Uninstall all Office products and OneDrive. Reboot your computer. Read the instructions carefully before installation. I had to use the "Activate Office by phone" method for both my installations and it worked flawlessly. I chose to have the activation service send its response via text to my phone. It sends you a link that takes you to the web page with the codes you need. I did not have to ask for help from the support area; the instructions are clear. Be sure to read your email carefully and follow the instructions. I am very happy with my purchases.
Ok, I waited until I had time to use this Groupon purchased 1-year membership before submitting my comments. The price was very inviting, I think half price over a non-discounted membership. This is a great deal for someone that wants to either check-out Sam's club for their shopping, or if you already know this, an inexpensive 1-year membership. Also worth mentioning, for someone who struggles with many phone apps and phone website interfaces, Sam's club knocks this out of the park. Once I got my membership, the Groupon/Sam's process had me download a Sam's App to my phone for usage. The app is very well designed and easy to use because it is designed with common sense in mind. The app acts as a membership card with a bar-code. But Sam's allows you to get a Sam's club ID card for your wallet, which I did for convenience. The App has several features that are very cool. 1. You can search for items at your local Sam's; 2. Use the Cart to add items you want to buy; 3. arrange pick-up of these items in the drive-thru, w/o having to shop; or 4. while shopping in Sam's use the app to scan each item as you add it to your basket then when done perform auto-checkout which requires no waiting in line and head for the exit. I'm amazed how easy it is to use these features. Their prices and food quality are exceptional and noteworthy. For the price wary shopper Sam's is a fine place to shop for the things you know you want, you know it will be the lowest price you will find anywhere. Not to mention finding some remarkable deals you weren't expecting. I'm truly impressed with Sam's. Thanks.
