Very nice atmosphere and Zo brought his A game. I'm hurting today but that's what I asked for. He got the knots out from between my shoulder blades. I recommend Grace Massage to anyone reading this. Thanks guys!
Upon arrival at the True Rest Float Spa, you are greeted by friendly staff. Beginners are shown a video that explains the benefits of Float Therapy and walks you through what to expect. Then you are taken into your private suite where you shower before your float. You have your choice of meditation music that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The hour seems to go by faster than I thought it would. The tension in my shoulders and neck was completely gone by the time my session was over. Once out of the suite, we were offered water and hot tea and took advantage of the massage chairs. Afterward, we enjoyed the flavored oxygen. I can't remember a more relaxing experience. I look forward to my next trip there!

I was surprised that after a warm towel was placed on my face, a great massage of both hands was administered. The facility was very clean and well equipped to provide the various treatments offered.
