The lady that helped me was awesome. I was struggling to get the photos on my cards, but she was so patient.

So far, so good. I just joined and did a quick walk through and got a few things. My membership setup was easy through Groupon, I did it through the Groupon app right at the BJs store and it was almost instantaneous that BJs CS had my info in the system and was able to print my membership card.
