This was way beyond customer service!! I got an email since my phone had global issue with NO cellular service. I was given several time-slots for my appointment, front desk was superb giving me directions to the salon from the garage.. I absolutely love this place!!
Chanel is a great stylist that takes time to give you information on best services and styles based on your hair texture and look you’re trying achieve. Bonus that she focuses on hair health too so definitely will be back.
Eddie did a fabulous job and he is extremely nice and accommodating. All employees there are very nice and efficient. I love that they are very quick and I left loving my hair.
