I got the gold body package. The scrub was vigorous. The massage was intense. The moisturizer was thorough. It was a quality and satisfying experience. The facility is smallish compared a similar facility in the area. Also less crowded. The cold pool could be colder. If they got the mugwort splash up and runnng that would be nice. The women's area has most of what you would need.
Really good, totally worth it, the body scrub was very good, they just missed the glass of milk and I was craving for it but other than that, very good experience
