The extra steps needed to redeem the Groupon were made worthwhile. Before we boarded the boat, the ticket taker located our purchases, as the confirmation wasn't downloading correctly.
Once the ride began, the tour guide was knowledgeable and funny, and the tour took us farther than others, so we could see the coming far Southside park development, which made for a good experience. The restrooms were clean; the only downside was the uncomfortable chairs.
