Good deal on an Office update to a newer version. I had an issue installing initially, however the service team provided the information needed to complete the install. They were very responsive answering several emails within a brief time. Once they got involved we resolved my issue quickly. Now that I've tried using this service, and it works as it should, I will not hesitate to install the updated versions on my other household PCs. Thanks.
