Erin and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic - professional, attentive to my asks, and very sweet! The location is very well maintained, facilities are absolutely stunning! Tee, water, and champagne were available, and the relaxation room was lovely! The only issue that I had was booking - I needed to move my original appointment, there was a miscommunication on the phone and they scheduled me for a different day which would have been fine but when I went to confirm my appointment everything was at a different time than she had told me and from my confirmation email. When I called to resolve, the girl had no idea what I was talking about and would not move my appointment to what the confirmation email stated.
The person doing the procedure is so calm and caring. She lets you ask questions, checks in and explains thing in such a great way. Also procedure has been working very well.

Solaia Salon exceeded my expectations. We had booked 3 facials at a time and an employee volunteered to stay an extra hour to accommodate us so we could all get service at the same time. My mother who has mobility challenges had a great time and felt very comfortable, she loved getting her first facial ever. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.
