Demedra makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Her shop has a very calming atmosphere. She has over 14 years experience, yet is always continuing her education, knowledge of the body and how it functions and techniques of massage therapy.
I went in for extreme pain, tightness in my neck and shoulders. Come to find out it was coming from my lower back. Demedra took the time to explain why I was in the shape I was in. Gave me ideas on how to do some exercises to help me now and prevent me from being in such bad shape in the future. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Helping you feel better is her goal. When she is taking care of you , you are her main focus and priority. When I left her shop everything was more relaxed and was functioning better with less pain. I have not had any doctor or physical therapist take care of that pain like she was capable of doing. I went in for her pain treatment massage. Which included heated towels, menthol ointment( which was a deep treatment that worked even after the massage) and her message techniques meant for my issues.
I will be doing follow-up massages with her as my problem is chronic due to other health issues.
I was extremely satisfied. I highly recommend her. You are in excellent hands. I don’t recommend people unless I am completely satisfied with their service. Out of all my years of getting massages
(and I am an old lady friends) she has been the best massage therapist I have seen. A bonus for all of us- she is a very kind caring person.
